I 110% recommend Mike as your trainer. I’ve only been working with him for about two weeks and it has been amazing to say the least. After the first session with Mike I could tell already that he had a good sense of my body and knew exactly what I needed in each session. I was a serious football player for most of childhood, but due to a knee injury I had to stop playing. Ever since then I was very apprehensive about the gym and what I could or could not handle because of the injury. I told this to Mike from the get go and not only does he offer different variations on certain things in order to make sure my knee stays healthy, but due to our sessions I feel my knee getting stronger and stronger. He pushes me to my limit every work out and I leave the gym feeling like a new man. It’s only been a few sessions, but I can start feeling and seeing changes in my body. I can’t wait to see what my fitness future holds with Mike by my side. Thank you!!
