Mike is an amazing trainer. He offers a great quality workout that is always different and challenging. I really like that he set up stations throughout the gym instead of staying in one area. It keeps it interesting. I never got bored or tired of our workouts; I actually really looked forward to our training days. It was such a good stress reliever for me and I always felt amazing and energized afterward. I became so much stronger and a better runner. I recommend 2-3 days a week with Mike.
