Consultation
Each client will have a one-on-one consultation to discuss strengths, weaknesses, goals, diet, and overall fitness background. This solid foundation is the pinnacle of a good program design. Clients are encouraged to partake in initial and ongoing complimentary body fat and circumference measurements.
24/7 Nutritional E-Coaching
Whether it be through text or email, we stay connected 24/7 for designated time periods to relay information about what is in your diet. This step is crucial to goal success. Health and fitness related goals are always a 50/50 relationship between diet and exercise and THRIVE pays attention. As I always say, "If its part of our goals, I want to know!"
Fitness Assessment
Objective measures are a must for gauging success. There assessments are designed to determine stamina, strength, endurance, and balance.
